BICYCLE LAWS!
Under Title 13 Bicyclist MUST wear a helmet to age 17, use a light at night, ride single file in traffic, stop at sidewalk when exiting alley, do not use cell phone while riding, obey red lights and STOP signs. UBPD WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCING THESE LAWS!
