The Union Beach Police Department is dedicated to serving our community in all aspects. As you move forward in your purchase of any firearm related applications be aware that the members of the Union Beach Background Investigation Unit will not start your background until payment has been received. The amount owed to the Borough of Union Beach will be listed on your application. Also, for your application purposes the New Jersey State Police will request the Union Beach Police Department ORI number which is  NJ 0135000 .  Again your application will not be started until payment is received.  The following are the prices for each application which must be paid by check or money order and made out to The Borough of Union Beach : 

·         Initial Firearms Identification card $50.00

·         Firearms Permit to Purchase $25.00 each permit

·         Firearms Concealed Carry Permit $150.00
