The survey is part of the Department of Environmental Protection’s work on addressing PFAS contamination throughout the state and aims to collect as much diverse data as possible to create targeted and intentional educational and outreach materials. Public feedback is essential to ensure that the voices of your community are reflected in our findings and recommendations. The survey is open from Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, November 30, and is estimated to take approximately 5-10 minutes.
