Starting August 5th, NJAWC will be coming around to our residents homes to schedule lead service line replacements. Click here to read more about this and helpful links.
LSLRP Communications to Residents:
NJAW and CDM Smith will implement a 3-phased communication plan to customers (with customer side service lines that are unknown / lead/galvanized) that includes an Introduction Letter, an LSLRP Information Packet, and lastly a postcard. Through the communications customers will be given the opportunity to schedule inspections and self-report.
Any communications that you can share through your various media outlets is greatly appreciated. The information attached and shared via the links below contain content that can be shared to promote this effort. We can also tailor communications specific to your community if the materials available do not meet your needs.
